W11S plate rolling machine is a general-purpose top-roller and 3-roller plate rolling machine, which occupies an important position in the field of sheet metal processing with its excellent performance and versatility.
The machine adopts advanced hydraulic and mechanical transmission technology, which can realize vertical and horizontal movement of the plate to complete complex plate rolling operations.
W11S plate rolling machine is equipped with pre-bending function, which can complete the pre-bending of the end of the plate at one time, rolling cylindrical, conical and curved workpieces, and the operation is controlled by PLC, which can improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost.
Working Principle of W11S Plate Rolling Machine

The working principle of the W11S plate rolling machine is based on the vertical and horizontal movement of the upper roll. The vertical movement is realized by the hydraulic oil applied to the piston from the hydraulic cylinder, which allows the upper roll to exert pressure on the plate and deform it. The horizontal movement is driven by a motor and a gearbox for pre-bending the end of the sheet. The two lower rolls act as the main drive components and provide the necessary torque to the rolled plates by rotating them.
Processing capacity
The W11S plate rolling machine is capable of processing a wide range of metal plates including, but not limited to, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and titanium alloys. It is capable of rolling workpiece shapes including cylindrical, conical and curved, and is suitable for coiling plate at ambient temperatures. The ability to move the upper roll horizontally allows the machine to have a plate end pre-bend function, increasing processing flexibility and product versatility.
