The W11F plate rolling machine is a high-tech metalworking machine used for precise plate curving and molding. Its three working rolls—upper, lower, and side—are installed in an asymmetrical arrangement position giving it the capability to roll plates during operation with a wide variation of curvature radii. The upper and lower rolls are used as driven parts, i.e., they turn in inverse directions. The lower roll holds the sheet, moving vertically to realize stability and security for the material while rolling.
Working Principle of W11F Plate Rolling Machine
In operation, the sheet is inserted between the upper and lower rolls, after which the lower rolls hold the sheet in a vertical clamping position. The hydraulic system causes the upper and lower rolls to rotate in such directions that they can respectively pinch the sheet. The side rolls work as the follower and are able to angle in relation to the axis of the upper and lower rolls upon the guiding surface so that these go either up or down to perform the rolling operation with a specific radius of curvature. This design makes plate rolling more adaptable, capable of handling different plate thicknesses and shapes.

Features of W11F Plate Rolling Machine
Asymmetric Roll Arrangement: The unique asymmetric roll arrangement provides greater flexibility and control to accommodate different rolling needs.
Vertically Moving Lower Rolls: The vertical moving design of the lower rolls allows for more precise plate clamping and improved rolling accuracy.
Upper and lower rolls rotating in opposite directions: The upper and lower rolls rotate in opposite directions, providing better sheet control and forming results.
Side rolls tilt movement: Side rolls can be tilted and moved in the vertical plane to achieve the desired radius of curvature for rolled sheets.

Maintenance instruction
Maintaining the W11F plate rolling machine is a simple process that consists of the following steps:
- Periodic inspection: Check the rollers for wear and the hydraulic system for leaks.
- Lubrication: Regularly lubricate the rollers and bearings to minimize wear.
- Cleaning: Keep the mill clean to avoid accumulation of metal shavings and dust
