This machine consists of two main parts: the working part and the transmission part on the overall chassis to be welded. The working part consists of left and right roller bearing seats, one upper roller, two lower rollers, lifting screw worm gears, and some auxiliary parts. The lower roller is the main driving roller, and the upper roller is the passive roller. The upper roller can be adjusted up and down along the height direction. The transmission part consists of the main motor, main reducer, and other auxiliary parts.

The transmission of the lower rollers is achieved by the main motor through the main reducer. The output shaft of the main reducer is transmitted to the two lower rollers through a set of gears, and the change in the rotation direction of the roller shaft is obtained by reversing the direction of the main motor. The implementation of the lifting motion of the upper roller is achieved by the auxiliary motor driving the worm gear and worm gear mechanism under the bearing seats at both ends of the roller through the auxiliary reducer, causing the screw nut fixed on the worm gear to rotate, thereby causing the lifting screw to move up and down.

The unloading device is designed to remove the workpiece after the cylindrical part is rolled. Before unloading, the upper roller rises to its position, and a balancing device is used to press the upper roller at the tail end. Then, the pin shaft on the tilting bearing seat is pulled out, and the tilting bearing seat is flipped over. The rolled workpiece can be released from one end of the upper roller.
