Introduction

Working Principle
The W12 plate rolling machine has the function of pre-curling the edges of the plate, which allows bending the plate at one time without any re-curling or pre-bending and roll forming by a combination of processes.
The upper and lower rolls are the main driving rolls, and the up and down movement of both side rolls is controlled by hydraulic drive. The up and down displacements of the lower and side rollers are controlled by computer. Automatic leveling, screen display, high synchronization accuracy ±0.2MM. unloading and resetting of inverted bearing body is done by hydraulic drive.
The upper roller end is equipped with a balancing device to facilitate the dismantling of rolling cylinders and workpieces. Equipped with movable independent operation table, convenient for mobile operation.

Operating Instructions of W12 Plate Rolling Machine
